SPOTLIGHT: CREATING TWO TUBE COMPANIES
We understand that some brands already have aspects of their businesses established and are just looking to boost growth in focused areas.
We saw this with two unique bicycle tube brands. One was focused on a few promotional tubes and tube accessories. The other was looking to find a distributor and help promote products to dealers, riders and distributors.
Our team went to work creating packaging, marketing content, site optimization, event activation, and customer introductions to ultimately help launch these brands in the US.
OUR APPROACH
Launching two different companies, for two different types of tube products required really understanding and knowing the market and the customers who would use these products.
Brand Strategy and Positioning
One brand had already been established in the European market. The other we built from the ground up.
The position for both was completely different. We focused on a higher end road rider for our TPU tubes, and a clean design and position for our everyday regular tubes.
Digital Presence
A new website was needed for the TPU product and it had to create a sense of heritage while also looking modern and refined.
The customers road high performance road bikes, and the site and messaging needed to reflect that as well answer questions about our products superiority over the competitors.
Social Media Marketing
A targeted social media strategy helped grow their digital presence. We focused on platforms popular among cyclists like Instagram and YouTube.
